Re: Monthly Utility Bills
Dear Residents:
The Village of Skaneateles strives to provide our utility bills consistently and accurately each month.
A network connectivity issue with our metering systems has caused a delay in the processing of the April bills.
To ensure the accuracy of each customer’s bill, the Village will be sending utility billing later than usual. Please know that all avenues have been used to correct this matter.
Due dates and penalties will be reflective of the standard 15 days from the date of billing.
