New Director of Municipalities Joins Village of Skaneateles

In January, the Village of Skaneateles welcomed Tom Posella as its new Director of Municipal Operations (DMO). Tom comes to the Village from the Village of Bath where he served as the Assistant Director of Municipal Utilities. Prior to this he served in business development roles for DiMarco Constructors and for Koester Associates following 20 plus years of service to Monroe County where he was most recently the Chief of Technical Operations for wastewater operations and maintenance. Tom holds a  Bachelor of Science degree in civil and environmental engineering from Clarkson University and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in New York State.
