Various Board Vacancies

The Village of Skaneateles is seeking interested persons to fill vacancies on the following boards:

PLANNING BOARD. The Village Planning Board is comprised of five (5) members each of whom serves a five-year term, and typically meets once a month on the first Thursday. Annual 4-hour training is required and can be accomplished by attending seminars and/or webinars.

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS (ZBA). The ZBA is comprised of five (5) members each of whom serves a five-year term,and typically meets once a month on the fourth Wednesday. Annual 4-hour training is required and can be accomplished by attending seminars and/or webinars.

CEMETERY BOARD. The Cemetery Board is comprised of five (5) members each of whom serves a three-year term, and typically meets once a month in the morning on the third Tuesday.

Members of each of the boards may be considered for reappointment upon term expiration.

Interested individuals must be residents of the Village of Skaneateles. Letters of interest should be submitted by April 30, 2021 outlining qualifications and background to:
